KarpaClub is our benefits scheme for everyone who enjoys our tours. No commitments, no membership fee, no registration. For every tour you pay for, you get points, and we turn points into discounts. The more you join us, the less you pay. That is it.

Art. I – How it works: three steps

  1. Order and pay. Choose a tour from the calendar on karpatour.sk and pay for it by card or bank transfer.
  2. Collect points. For every euro you pay you get 1 point. A €38 tour brings you 38 points, a €127.50 family trip as many as 128 points. You also get points for buying a gift voucher.
  3. Save on your next tour. Once you have collected enough points, you move up to a higher level and the discount is applied automatically. You do not need any code or card.
  4. We write your current points to you in the e-mail with the payment confirmation and ticket, and you can check them at any time on the KarpaClub page.

  1. The discount is deducted directly from the price in the order form. As soon as you enter your e-mail, you will see which level you are on and how much you save.

Art. III – The discount is applied automatically, check your points any time

  1. When ordering, enter the same e-mail you have already ordered with. The discount appears directly in the price and you will see how much is left “to pay”. No codes.
  2. You can check your points on the KarpaClub page. Enter your e-mail, we will send you a 6-digit code, and after you enter it you will see your number of points, your level, how many points you are missing for the next one and when your nearest points expire. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
  3. In the e-mails about your order, payment and reminder we send you your current status, so that you do not lose points.
  4. Both points and discount are tied to your e-mail address, so always use the same one.

Art. IV – The small print, but fair

  1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date the order was paid, and then expire. So that nothing expires unnoticed, we write to you in the e-mail and on the club page when your nearest points expire.
  2. Points are added only after payment. An unpaid order gives no points.
  3. If an order is cancelled and the payment refunded, the points from that order are deducted. This is only a balancing: you get no points for what you did not finally pay.
  4. You get points from the amount you actually paid, that is, after the discount.
  5. We add points only for purchased tickets for public tours from the calendar and for the purchase of gift vouchers. Permanent offers and tailor-made tours do not earn points and the discount does not apply to them.
  6. Gift vouchers. For buying a gift voucher the buyer gets 1 point for every euro paid, once the payment has been credited. Points for a voucher are valid for 12 months from its payment.
  7. If you withdraw from the purchase of a voucher and the voucher has not been used, the points for its purchase will be deducted.
  8. When you pay with a gift voucher, no points are added for the part of the price covered by the voucher. You get points only from the amount you pay in another way (by card or bank transfer). You already receive points for the value of the voucher when you buy it.
  9. Points for buying a voucher are credited to the buyer (by the e-mail given when ordering the voucher), not to the person who uses the voucher.
  10. The discount and points cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another person.

Art. V – Changes to the rules, data and contact

  1. We may change the rules, but a change does not affect the points you already have or the orders you have already paid. We will inform you about changes in advance on the website and by e-mail.
  2. Participation is voluntary. You can leave the club at any time by e-mail. Your points then expire.
  3. Personal data – for the purpose of recording points we use only your e-mail and the history of your paid orders. We do not sell them to anyone.
  4. KarpaClub is part of our General Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the text of the Terms and Conditions prevails.
