KarpaClub is our rewards programme for everyone who enjoys our tours. No commitments, no membership fees, no registration required. You earn points for every paid tour, and we turn those points into discounts. The more you travel with us, the less you pay. That’s it.

How it works: three simple steps

1. Book and pay. Choose a tour from the calendar on karpatour.sk and pay by card or bank transfer.

2. Earn points. You receive 1 point for every euro paid. A tour costing €38 earns you 38 points, while a family trip costing €127.50 earns you 128 points.

3. Save on your next tour. Once you collect enough points, you move up to the next level and your discount is applied automatically. No codes or membership cards needed.

We include your current points balance in the e-mail with your payment confirmation and ticket. You can also check it anytime on the KarpaClub page.

Levels and discounts: every trip costs less

Your discount increases as you collect more points.

Your discount is deducted directly from the price in the booking form. As soon as you enter your e-mail address, you’ll see your current level and how much you save.

Your discount is awarded automatically, and you can check your points anytime

1. When booking, enter the same e-mail address you used for previous bookings. Your discount will appear directly in the price, and you’ll see the amount remaining to be paid. No codes needed.

2. Check your points on the KarpaClub page. Enter your e-mail address, and we’ll send you a 6-digit code. Once you enter it, you’ll see your points balance, your level, how many points you need to reach the next level, and when your next points are due to expire. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

3. In our e-mails, we’ll include your current points balance in order confirmations, payment confirmations and reminders, so you don’t lose track of your points.

Your points and discount are linked to your e-mail address, so always use the same one.

The small print, but fair

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date the order is paid. After that, they expire. To help you keep track, we tell you in our e-mails and on the club page when your next points are due to expire.

• Points are credited only after payment. Unpaid orders do not earn points.

• If you cancel an order and receive a refund, the points earned from that order will be deducted. It’s simply an adjustment: you don’t earn points for money you ultimately didn’t pay.

• You earn points on the amount you actually paid, after any discount.

• Points are earned only on tickets purchased for public tours listed in the calendar. Regular offers and custom tours do not earn points, and discounts do not apply to them.

• Discounts and points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Changes to the rules, data and contact

• We may update the rules, but changes will not affect points you have already earned or orders you have already paid for. We’ll inform you of any updates in advance on our website and by e-mail.

• Participation is voluntary. You can leave the club at any time by e-mail. Any points you have earned will then expire.

• Personal data – We use only your e-mail address and the history of your paid orders to manage your points. We do not sell this information to anyone.

• KarpaClub forms part of our General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
