Annex

Objednávky prehliadok na webe

Aké údaje spracúvame. Pri objednávke a rezervácii prehliadky spracúvame vaše meno, e-mail, telefón (ak ho uvediete), poznámku k objednávke, jazyk, údaje o prehliadke (program, dátum, čas, počet účastníkov), číslo objednávky, cenu, stav a dátum úhrady. Do poznámky prosíme nepíšte údaje o zdraví ani iné citlivé údaje, okrem prípadov, keď sú pre priebeh prehliadky nevyhnutné (napríklad alergie alebo obmedzená mobilita). Takéto údaje použijeme len na zabezpečenie prehliadky.

Prečo a na akom základe. Údaje spracúvame na uzavretie a plnenie zmluvy o prehliadke, teda na potvrdenie rezervácie, doručenie vstupenky, komunikáciu a prípadnú zmenu alebo zrušenie termínu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b GDPR). Doklady o platbách a účtovné údaje uchovávame na splnenie zákonných povinností (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. c GDPR).

Platby a vrátenie platby. Platby prijímame prevodom na účet [a po spustení platieb aj kartou cez spoločnosť Stripe]. Ak zrušíte zaplatenú objednávku, vypýtame si číslo účtu a meno majiteľa účtu a použijeme ich výlučne na vrátenie platby.

Čakacia listina. Ak je termín plný, môžete sa zapísať na čakaciu listinu. Spracúvame meno, e-mail, telefón, termín a počet osôb, aby sme vás vedeli upozorniť na uvoľnené miesto. Údaje zmažeme najneskôr 30 dní po termíne prehliadky.

KarpaClub

Za zaplatené objednávky riadnych (plánovaných) prehliadok sa pripisujú body podľa pravidiel klubu [odkaz na pravidlá]. Body a hladina sa viažu na váš e-mail a vypočítavajú sa z vašich zaplatených objednávok, platia 12 mesiacov od zaplatenia. Zľava podľa hladiny sa uplatní automaticky pri ďalšej objednávke s rovnakým e-mailom. Stav bodov vám zobrazíme po zadaní e-mailu a jednorazového kódu, ktorý vám pošleme na túto adresu. Na požiadanie môžeme body upraviť ručne. Základom je plnenie zmluvy a pravidlá klubu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b GDPR).

Newsletter

Newsletter vám posielame len na základe vášho súhlasu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a GDPR). Súhlas môžete udeliť nepovinným zaškrtávacím políčkom pri objednávke riadnej prehliadky alebo prihlasovacím formulárom na webe. Pri formulári vám pošleme potvrdzovací e-mail a do odberu vás zaradíme až po kliknutí na odkaz. Ukladáme váš e-mail, meno (ak ho uvediete), jazyk a dátum a čas súhlasu ako dôkaz. Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať odkazom v každom newslettri alebo e-mailom na [info@karpatour.sk]. Údaje uchovávame do odvolania súhlasu. Nepotvrdené prihlásenia mažeme po 7 dňoch. Newsletter odosielame prostredníctvom platformy Kit.com.

Ako dlho údaje uchovávame

  • Zaplatené objednávky: 10 rokov po dni prehliadky (účtovné a daňové povinnosti). Potom osobné údaje (meno, e-mail, telefón, poznámku) odstránime a v evidencii ostane len číslo objednávky, dátum, suma a stav.
  • Nezaplatené a zrušené objednávky a dopyty: 24 mesiacov po dni prehliadky, potom údaje anonymizujeme rovnakým spôsobom.
  • Čakacia listina: 30 dní po termíne.
  • Newsletter: do odvolania súhlasu.

Vaše práva a vymazanie

Môžete nás požiadať o prístup k údajom, ich opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť a vzniesť námietku. Žiadosť pošlite na [info@karpatour.sk]. Pri vymazaní anonymizujeme vaše objednávky. Objednávky na prehliadky, ktoré sa ešte neuskutočnili, môžeme ponechať do ich konania a údaje potom vymažeme. Údaje, ktoré musíme uchovávať podľa zákona, ostávajú v nevyhnutnom rozsahu. Máte právo podať sťažnosť na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Ochrana pred zneužitím

Na ochranu formulárov pred automatickými útokmi na krátky čas (rádovo minúty) ukladáme technický identifikátor vašej IP adresy v zašifrovanej podobe. Základom je náš oprávnený záujem na bezpečnosti webu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR).

Príjemcovia údajov

Údaje môžu spracúvať: poskytovateľ hostingu [Websupport, s.r.o.], poskytovateľ e-mailových služieb [Websupport, s.r.o.], platforma pre Newsletter [Kit.com], náš účtovník a sprievodca, ktorý vedie vašu prehliadku (dostane zoznam hostí s menom, počtom osôb, kontaktom a poznámkou). Údaje sprostredkovateľom poskytujeme len v rozsahu potrebnom na plnenie našich služieb.
